We ship anywhere in North America – USA or Canada. For Alaska, Hawaii, or
Puerto Rico in the USA, and Yukon and the Northwest Territories in Canada
require special shipping instructions such as expedited shipping, please
email for costs and details.
Special Notes:
- We do not deliver to Postal Boxes, address must be a physical address
as we use courier services to ship who do not deliver to Postal Boxes
- If paying by CC, we must ship to the address on file with your credit

International Shipping:

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped using Greyhound Courier and tracking number is
provided upon shipping via email. We will also accommodate special shipping
instructions, please email us with details.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are computed in Canadian Dollars in order originates in
Canada or US dollars for all USA or International Orders. Shipping costs are
quoted on a new order and valid for 72 hours.
Inspecting Your Order:
When your order arrives, inspect each wheel to make sure there was no damage
during shipping. Don’t sign for your order until you check out each wheel in
front of the courier driver. Damage will be easily noticeable as if the
boxes have been severely damaged more than likely the wheel will have taken
some damage. Make sure you take out each wheel and inspect them fully
especially the rim of the wheel. If there is damage, refuse delivery of ALL
the items, and DO NOT SIGN for the shipment. Again if there is damage refuse

Note: Please check for damage on
any wheels before you mount your wheels. As soon as the wheels are mounted
you will not be able to return the wheels. We are also not responsible for
damage by the shop mounting your wheels, so make sure you choose a good
installer that has experience with custom chrome wheels.

In order to process a refund or return to Car Kraze Auto Ltd., you must email or call
for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Please call
905-463-2038 or email, . An RMA must be attained within 30 days of receipt
of goods. And an RMA is only good for 30 days.
Returns will be accepted for the following
reasons:
- Car Kraze’ staff ships wrong wheels to you
- Defective Wheels – there is damage to the wheels
- Wheels do not fit properly and were recommended by CK Staff
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Wheels have been mounted – for customers that purchased wheels only
- Wheels have been driven on
- Wheels have been damaged
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or
exchanging items to Car Kraze.
For shipments that have been refused by the customer there is a 25%
restocking Charge.
All tires and wheels must be sent properly packed and shipped. Any damaged
wheels will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
All boxes must be boxed with near to new boxes, with the top of the wheel
protected with bubble wrap or plastic lining. Please label each box with our
address and RMA number:
